Kyriakos Kyriakides – Archisearch Lifetime Achievement Award

]

Kyriakos Kyriakides was born in Alexandria in 1937 and lived until the age of 13 years in Egypt, when his family returned to Cyprus, the birthplace of his father. He finished the Pancyprian Gymnasium in 1954 and after three years he entered the School of Architecture NTUA in Greece for studies. Completing his studies in 1963, he became curator at the Building technology dept of the School of Architecture, a position he held for ten years while he created his own architectural office. The years set the way they interact with Kyriakos Kyriakides architects with younger partners. The inner need to broadcast daily knowledge becomes a way of life and expression.
