Natalia Strafti is Chief Operating Officer of Grivalia since February 2014. Before that and since June 2008, she had been the Investment & Portfolio Manager of the company.
Through her various roles, she has overseen a significant number of investments of over 500m euro, the management of high value commercial real estate assets in Greece and southeastern Europe, and the negotiations of significant contracts with high quality tenants, developers, contractors, financial and legal advisors. She was part of the team which managed Grivalia’s IPO in addition to the most recent share capital increases. Since 2016 she is a member of Grivalia’s Sustainability Committee and sits in the ULI GR Sustainability Council.
She worked in the real estate sector of the EFG Eurobank Group since April 2000, as Deputy Head of Advisory and Asset Management and as an Investment Analyst before that. She is a graduate from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences and holds a Diploma in Valuation and Real Estate from the Greek Institute of Valuation in collaboration with the Association of Sworn Valuers.
