He studied Architecture at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), TU Berlin and the Berlage Institute in Rotterdam.
Since joining OMA in 2016, Andreas has led several high-profile international projects. He is currently overseeing the remodeling and extension of the Egyptian Museum of Turin (from competition to construction), which was named one of the Most Anticipated Projects of 2024 by ArchDaily, along with the renovation of the Gallery of the Kings. His contributions to OMA also include major projects such as the Ministry of Defense HQ in Brussels, the Mangalem-21 a residential development in Tirana, the Dragon Project in Bangkok, the redevelopment of De Kuip stadium in Rotterdam, the Qatar Car Museum in Doha, and the Millennium Areal mixed-use development in Frankfurt.
Before joining OMA, Andreas was a lead architect at firms such as HUB Architects in Antwerp and Marwan in Rotterdam, while also maintaining his own practice, NORMo Studio. He has won several prizes in international competitions, both with OMA but also as an independent architect, including first prize in Europan 2011 in Vienna.
Beyond his professional work, Andreas has contributed to architectural education as a lecturer and visiting critic at TU Delft, the Berlage Institute, NTUA Athens, and the University of Patras. He has also lectured internationally on architectural topics as well as the work of OMA.
